Only in America could this happen.  Could you imagine what we as agents could do with this type of marketing budget?

• Price tag is six and a half times higher than the original $94 million contract
• Contractor CGI Federal built the site and demanded more money from the government as costs soared
• Only a handful of Americans have been able to sing up for the health insurance exchanges on Healthcare.gov
• Site is still issuing error messages when users try to sign
