These are great questions every seller needs to ask themselves.

How motivated are you to sell your home?

Do you know how to properly clean your home?

Do you need to declutter your home?

Do you need to make any repairs before listing the home on the market?

If you truly are serious about selling your home then you need to STOP thinking of it as YOUR home. You need to appeal to the masses.

Looking at the picture, which home do you think would sell quicker and for more money? It’s a no brainer. The clean, organized one would! People don’t want to see junk, trash, your photos or mail so remove it!

Tips on getting your home ready to sell!

*Remove personal photos

*Remove any type of smell- escpecially pets! Buy De Odorizors- do not light candles. 

*Scrub the home like you have never scrubed before. Buyers will notice a job well done or NOT.

*Organize every closet, drawers and cupboard. If a buyer sees that you are organized, they feel they will be organized. If closets are stuffed to the rim, buyers get the impression there is not enough storage space. 

*Please MAKE YOUR BEDS and put the toilet seats DOWN! I can’t begin to tell you how important this is! 

* Wash the front door, make the door knob sparkle! Remove any spiderwebs, leaves etc. While an agent is fiddeling with the lock box, the buyers are looking all over your front entry.
