Hi Jean: Wow. California has recovered quickly from the downturn. The inventory is so low Jean. This probably explains the spike in the home prices. Thanks for the data. Gives me a broader understanding of the real estate market in other parts of the country.

I looks like Winchester is suffering from the same thing we and much of the country is, low inventory.  Let's hope that changes.  Buyers are out there looking.
