How to generate 100 real estate leads per month

Yesterday I attanded a webinar being hosted on active rain about a Realtor in Anchorage Alaska who is able to generate 100 leads per month, that number has now grown to 300.  I decided to subscribe and see just how she was doing this or was it smoke and mirrors.  Firstly let me start by saying the level of organization and professionalism once I signed up far exceeded my expectation and as a former CEO is the level of professionalism I expect.

I received an auto generated email confirming the date and time and code to access the webinar. 1 hour before the webinar another auto generated email reminded me that the webinar was beginning soon.

Onto the webinar.  It began with an interactive screen being controlled by the host and the agent Katrina Benton and had an interactive text box that you could type questions into.  The main points I took away were the following.

• This agent is the real deal, she knew she wanted to improve SEO 2 years ago but only began in January of this year
• In 5 short months shes gone from being an agent by herself implementing her own marketing for 2 hours a day to having a team of over 6 full time support personnel
• Her keys to success are utilizing craigslist and her active rain blog to get valuable Google juice, her SEO is now very powerful and able to generate her hundreds of leads per month
• For every 50 leads she gets one closing
• Her website, comehomeanchorage.com has almost 10.5 million similar searches
• She's posting about 300 ads per day, which are renewed every 48 hours 

The host of the webinar confirmed in researching her and looking at her stats (and we did look at the back end of her website) the traffic was unbelievable, what was more impressive were the click through's, or calls to action, where potential clients clicked on her IDX listings or called her for business.

Her Facebook page has 2000 likes in 5 months and for what started as a one agent team, blogging and posting ads on craigslist has turned into a flourishing and if not the most successful team in Anchorage, Alaska.  I tip my hat off to you Katrina, the power of SEO from blogging and posting ads on craigslist, who would have thunk it.
