Our Davidson Realty agents were on fire in September and for the 3rd Quarter! We had a total of thirty different agents that contributed to our awesome numbers for the month and quarter. Our Jacksonville Realtors had $6.7 million in sales and over $8.5 million in closings for September and $24.3 million in sales and $21.7 million in closings for the quarter. Congratulations to all, especially Mirtha Barzaga who wears the triple crown for the month and quarter!
Mirtha Barzaga is the Top Listing Agent, Top Sales Agent and Top Producer for September. Her sales for the month were over $2.1 million and her closings were over $1.4 million. Mirtha sold three of her listings in September for a total of $750,000. The majority of her closings were new home construction including two with Legacy Builders of North Florida, one with Inland Homes, one with Standard Pacific and one with D.R. Horton.
Mirtha also came out on top for the entire third quarter! She was our Top Listing Agent, Top Sales Agent and Top Producer with over $5.7 million in sales and over $3.3 million in closings. She had an incredible quarter, selling nine of her listings (three new construction homes with Inland Homes and six resales) for a total of $2.2 million. Buyer sales included one with Bourre Construction and Inland Homes and two with D.R. Horton and Standard Pacific. She also had four resales, for a total of ten sales during the quarter, and twelve closings.
