It is beautiful day here in Carpinteria, and we are having a few days of Indian Summer with temperatures in the low 80's. It was a perfect time to take off for a long walk. The picture above is taken just as we cross the channel.

Here is the photo of our way back. We saw a group of paddleboards with dolphins greeting them with their playful ways. The beach is mostly deserted, except for the dedicated walkers and joggers, and few earnest fisherman, hoping the sea bass will bite.

There is nothing like a bit of summer time in mid October. Happy Tuesday, Cheers Ron & Alexandra

It was a perfect day to do so. We were happily free to do our own thing on our own time, and sometimes we make a weekend day that way.

That is something, isn't it? Those dolphins do like to frolic, we once saw a pod (800-1000) in dolphin speak, while on a boat to see whales. They were doing all types of antics, and it was fun to see the kids giggling and screaming in appreciation of the show.

Being able to do this type of outing, always puts me in a better frame of mind. This is good for one's health and wealth.

That is why I love the fall and winter beaches, almost no one there. When we cross the channel, the beach is deserted...too much effort for some.

I understand. When we lived in Napa, I missed the beach terribly, and would look forward to trips to LA and Santa Barbara. The first thing we would do is take a walk on the beach.
