Now keep in mind I love to cook and I also appreciate quality Olive Oils. Diane was working for her Law Firm doing some marketing for Women Business People. They held the function at one of my favorite places. The Upstairs 2 the restaurant affiliate of one of my favorite Wine Stores: The Wine House!

Needless to say they had great food and good wines to taste and compliment the food. At the end of the function the participants all received a bottle of Shallot Infused Olive Oil. All the participants were thrilled.

Needless to say I already tried it out on some salad dressing: It is a winner!

Hi Ende,

What a lovely gift and the bottle is very unique. Olive Oil is so much healthier for us than the regular oils in the baking food sections. I use it in brownies, cookies, cakes, sauteing foods and anything else I cook except I use a little margarine in scrabled egg. The Wine House sounds like a fun place to stop in and do a little shopping. Thanks for sharing.
