Real Estate Broker/Owner with RE/MAX The Producers

The real estate business is changing for real estate agents.  Many agents are paying for lead generation, or joining real estate teams.  In most cases an agents bottom line income, doesn't compare to the average professional job.

Real Estate Brokers have a different set of challenges.  Brokers face higher commission splits, teams that require more office space, and the increased costs of running a business.

At our office we decided to follow this theme " We Keep it Small | We Keep it Simple | and We Keep it Profitable For Our Agents.

Keeping it Small... Is achieved by the elimination of layers of office management while offering the support that an agent needs 24/7.  In our case Valerie offers nearly 25 years of experience, and I'm pushing on 40 years experience, and we are available anytime our agents need us.

Keeping it Simple... We offer our agents better than average commission splits, and we have eliminated office fees.  We want our agents to invest in their business, not in our expenses. Whoe! what does that mean?  They sell more and we both generate more commissions and both of our expenses take care of themselves.  The end result is our average agent sells 20 homes per year which is near 2 1/2 times the national average, and 33% of them are part-time.

Keeping it Profitable...  By eliminating office fees our agents have more money to use to market their business.  By offering higher commission splits they have more money for their family.  It's a Win-Win.

Have A Great Year,

Don & Valerie Keeton
