Whoe! what does that mean? They sell more and we both generate more commissions and both of our expenses take care of themselves. The end result is our average agent sells 20 homes per year which is near 2 1/2 times the national average, and 33% of them are part-time.
Keeping it Profitable... By eliminating office fees our agents have more money to use to market their business. By offering higher commission splits they have more money for their family. It's a Win-Win.
