Beaufort County SC, like many parts of the country has seen great improvement in the housing market and starting to get back to, can I say it, normal. Home sales are up and inventories are down. Lower inventories will lead to increased home values, however median sales prices did decrease slightly. Homes sales increased 23.5% from this time last year while inventories of homes is down 13.3%.

  • New Listings 1731 to 1727 (-.2%)
  • Pending Sales 893 to 1015 (+13.7%)
  • Closed Sales 819 to 980 (+19.7%)
  • Median Sales Price $188,978 to 184,950 (-2.1%)
  • Average Sales Price $206,786 to $243,916 (+18%)
  • Inventory of Homes for Sale 1653 to 1435 (-13.2%)
