Real Estate Sales Report for Beaufort County SC as of September 2013
Beaufort County SC, like many parts of the country has seen great improvement in the housing market and starting to get back to, can I say it, normal. Home sales are up and inventories are down. Lower inventories will lead to increased home values, however median sales prices did decrease slightly. Homes sales increased 23.5% from this time last year while inventories of homes is down 13.3%.

- Pending Sales 893 to 1015 (+13.7%)
- Closed Sales 819 to 980 (+19.7%)
- Median Sales Price $188,978 to 184,950 (-2.1%)
- Average Sales Price $206,786 to $243,916 (+18%)
- Inventory of Homes for Sale 1653 to 1435 (-13.2%)
