Manatee county real estate market update

This has been a busy fall season. Typically This is the slowest time of the year for real estate. Between Football Season, Baseball Playoffs, and Kids going back to school there are plenty of distractions.

Inventory has been slowly increasing here in Manatee County however the amount of homes for sale has been keeping pace with the Homes that have been sold, and going pending. Recent uncertainty with the stock market, the government shut down, and changes to the Flood insurance have been factors that could be slowing the market down somewhat.

However, there really is no immediate slow down in new homes for sale in Manatee county. Season is fast approaching, and most indicators continue to suggest that homes for sale will be in short supply, thereby keeping prices increasing, and making it a sellers' market.
