Dick, that's a good indication of a stable neighborhood. IMHO, frequent turnover and lots of available inventory isn't always a good thing.  Saint Michaels in Greeley looks like a good place to call "home."

Hi Dick - it seems many markets across the country are singing -- The No Inventory of Homes for Sale blues. It's a sad song indeed but Greeley Colorado homeowners thinking of selling could be singing a much happier tune if they contact Dick and Mary Greenberg for best in local real estate representation.
