Low inventory and low interest rates continue to drive this Lafayette real estate seller’s market, making it tough on buyers. Stiff competition in the way of multiple offers is the norm on good properties that are reasonably priced. This is great news for Lafayette home owners, but the competitive buyer’s market makes it tough on those trying to get into Lafayette.
