I was going through my mail this morning at the office....Junk mail, junk, junk, bill, junk, bill. more junk and more bills. I took the bills and set them aside, I will deal with them monday. I like to get rid of the junk mail ASAP, to keep the clutter down. Most of it I throw in thet ol' round file unopened. One cought my eye. It was from a local business that puts out a monthy news letter. I always check for deals in case I need to refer a client to them.
Inside was a $15 gift cert. to the local movie theater. What a great surprise. They have a trivia contest (not very hard) and I took the time to answer it. I ended up the winner. ( I may have been the only entry, I don't know, but...). The one thing I was happy about was that they used another local business for their prize. We are from a smaller town and we try to keep business local as much as possible. So many times area businesses use gifts from the larger cities to try and bring people into their stores, and then send them out of town.
So my hat is off to the local Sevpro co. in my area.
