I work very hard to market my listings to other agents. Finding a buyer is wonderful, but unlikely in most cases. When I get a new listing, I call at least 50 agents who sell homes in the area where the home is located. I also send a group email blast to over 1000 agents. I also have fliers delivered to over 400 agents. This really does work. Agents are aware of my listings. When there is an open house or price reduction I also call and email. I try to do group open houses with other agents who have listings in the area. The exposure really helps to get the homes sold fast and at top dollar too. I like the feedback from the agents and their clients. Most agents have 5-7 clients at all times. By marketing to agents I am hitting 5-7 possible buyers at a time rather than ads where less than 1in 10,000 are even buying a home.
