Greenwich Feb 08 Stats

February numbers are in and validate the trend that we have seen over the last few months; rising inventory and fewer sales.  In the overall market including all property types we are up 16.9% year to date in inventory.  Our sales year to date are down 20.5%.  This trend may continue as the number of contracts for Feb. 08 are down 42% over Feb. 07.  Days on the market are up from 111 to 135.
