Condos represented the majority of transactions with 8 units sold, single family homes had 4, land sales were 3, with the highest priced transaction this week of $5 million, and commercial/industrial with 2 Hayden airport garages.

There are 142 pending sales currently reported by the Steamboat Springs MLS with an average pending price of $463,724 and a median of $310k. 7% of pending sales are over $1 million, 7% are between $999,999 and $800,000, 6% are below $800k and above $600,000, 15% are between $599k and $400,000 with the remainder pending sales, 65% under $400,ooo.
