Rainers, I am sorry for any bugs that you are experiencing. Our goal is to make your time here on AR better not worse so let's get these bugs fixed by giving our IT team more information so that they may investigate, recreate the issue on their end and begin to implement a fix.
With our latest updates, there are some who are experiencing issues and I need more from you.
Please email kerrie@activerain.com with the following:
- your username
- detailed explanation of what is not working
- browser you're using
- dates
- screenshots of anything that can help included as attachments
If I don't get all of the above information it does me no good. The more I can give to IT the better and without the basic information laid out in a detailed format it's useless.
If you're not getting notifications, which ones? comment, contact?
If your postdate function isn't working, when was the post written? supposed to post? actually post?
If you cannot copy/paste, what exactly happens? where are you copying from?
The more information the better, don't worry about getting too lengthy if need be.
It pains me to see frustration throughout our community and all efforts are focused on making it a better place for you all to be.
