My business partner and wife and I have been in this crazy real estate business for years now, and you learn something new everyday, especially if you conduct your real estate business through one of the most infamous real estate crashes of modern history, maybe ever.
We were discussing our careers and the real estate business as a whole one night at the dining room table during dinner. We marveled at the myriad real estate transactions we've handled and the plethora of information we've gathered along the way. We also speculated about how this information and experience could really help many confused home sellers and buyers, and everyone else wondering about the deep, dark sea of real estate information, opportunities and pitfalls.
Then it came to us: "Let's start a video blog and deliver this valuable information to anyone that finds it!" We have experience in the communications industry so its a no-brainer for us. Then my beautiful and smart business partner and wife came up with the perfect name "Discussion at the Dining Room Table". It makes sense considering most of our conversations with real estate buyers and sellers start off at the dining room table.
