Who I Want to Meet at ActiveRain- Part 3-I’m Exercising My Right to Not Be Able to Make Up My Mind!
I love Donna Foerster’s October Challenge “Who Would You Like to Meet Live and In Person” because like many other challenges such as this one, it makes us give thought to the words we often say or write.
I’ve already written two (you can write 1 or up to 3)but trying to pick a third has been tough. Dick Greenberg offered an idea whose time has come… or rather returned, and… that is a real, not virtual, mega ActiveRain MeetUp. I’m all for it.
As you can see I’m procrastinating because, just as most everyone would agree, it would be fun to meet all of the many members that we see roaming the blogrolls here.
It's just too hard to pick a third because I have about 1000+ Rainer's I definitely want to meet! (those to whom I subscribe and those who subscribe to me).
So for my third choice in this challenge, I’ve decided that I’d like to meet all of the other moderators of the group Bananatude! I’m not sure how long I’ve been one of the moderators, but I feel like I know the others as well as our much loved founder Anna Banana Kruchten. But I would love to meet them in person.
Anna Banana- I called Anna several years ago when a friend’s daughter was moving to Phoenix for her first job out of college. The young lady was going to be rentingbut Anna spent some time with her to make sure she found an area that would appeal to the “safety” requirements of her parents. Anna is solid, and by that I mean you can count on her.
Bryan Robertson- I’ve never spoken with Bryan, and yet when I see his post, I know I’m going to read something interesting. Bryan knows a lot about marketing and how to brand your business.
Dick Greenberg- Dick has the ability to say what’s on his mind without ever offending anyone, and often being funny at the same time. I love reading his monthly Grab Bag blogs.
Gene Mundt- Have a mortgage question? Ask Gene! His writing is sharp and easy to understand, especially for someone like me who knows nothing about his industry.
Kathleen Daniels- when I see Kathleen’s profile picture and read her posts I think “spunk”. She is not afraid to state her mind, but always maintaining her professionalism.
So, yes, I would love to have the opportunity to meet these fellow moderators. We could have a Bananathon!
