50 Bonus Points Just for the Posting

I had the same thought as George.  Although, that is a creative idea.....and you may have just given me a super size idea...maybe I can post some listings for my realtor partners. The points are icing...I care way more about the relationship.  Why the heck didn't I think of this before.  OMG!

I have to figure out an efficient way to do this.  I don't even care abt the 50 pts. wow. this is big.

Oh, I just realized it's about the section on the profile.  Oh well. I've been meaning to give this a try and I will. But, heck, I think I may do some blog posts for my fave realtors.  Woohoo.

Debbie: The really important piece is the added listing exposure so I bet AR is putting the points out there as an enticement.  Thanks for the tip.

Wow Debbie, I missed out. I did not write posts about a few listings I had and didn't get the extra points. I guess its never to late? I wonder if you say at the end of the post that it is under contract if it still fair?

Debbie,  I think I forgot to check that box on my last listing.  Note to self ... I hope remember the next time I post a listing (LOL).  Seems like many are discovering how to get extra points with the new AR update.  Thanks for sharing this.

I must be doing something wrong. I have been getting only 200 points for a post. It used to be at least 225 points and my featured posts that was awarded an extra 300 points I didn't receive.

Still waiting.

I didn't know that and now I'm going to have to start posting more listings...or at least checking the box when I do post them!

No extra points for my listing post. Maybe it has to do with how many points you already have or length of time that you've been a member of AR.

Well, I may have to update my featured listing today. That's a cool perk, or I wonder if it's a one time bonus for filling out the profile pages.

 Thanks Debbie for the tip!  I do have a listing posted so I will need to verify what  amount of points I am getting. There are a lot of moving parts to how to maximize AR.  Do you know if there is a many area to look for the 'best practices'?  It seems that there are many areas to find the tips.  I really appreciate you sharing this information.  Keep them comin' :)
