I recently had the pleasure of visiting some friends in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This is a lovely town not far from Charleston offering lots of restaurants, pubs, entertainment venues, and accommodations perfect for anyone visiting or living there. The Towne Centre supplies a wealth of shopping opportunities for the shoppers among you. There are local beaches, golf courses, and local parks that include Palmetto Islands County Park and Shem Creek Park. My friends found that living here made them just overall more active than when they lived in a larger city up north. With plenty of biking and walking trails and the option to rent a kayak or canoe, it’s not hard to understand why that is.
The Mt Pleasant homes for sale in this area exude Southern charm and the market has a substantial amount of properties available. It was tempting, I must say. My friends made an appointment for me to meet with DH&M Real Estate to show me a few homes for sale in Mt Pleasant. I was so impressed that now I’m toying with the idea of relocating to that area. It helps that I already know some people that live there. That always makes transitioning to a new area a whole lot easier.
Besides the homes for sale there are also commercial properties. I can imagine it’s a great location for a business, just outside of Charleston like it is.
