An Active Rainer I Would Like to Meet: Anita CLark
It's always great to meet other proactive Realtors who do their jobs right and are a credit to our profession. These agents build the reputation in the community and lend a great deal of credibility while showing the general public the tremendous value we bring to their transactions. Here on ActiveRain there seem to be a great number of agents who meet this criteria. So many of them seem very willing to help and to provide value first, knowing that money follows value, not the other way around.
Having only been a member of ActiveRain for about a month, I"m still learning. I'm not sure that I've been able to drive traffic to my websites yet, am not sure that even my friends or past clients are following or reading my blog yet, but as I continue to put a great deal of effort in building value to the general public and to those in our profession, I continue to learn valuable lessons from experienced Ambassadors and Rainers here in the community.
Anita Clark is one Realtor who seems extremely consistent in blogging on information that is SEO friendly and would be information that those searching Google would definitely want to gain access to. I'm sure that her posts are making her one of the most found realtors in the Warner Robbins, Georgia area. This is a tremendous value to her clients, and gives her listings a great deal of exposure. I'm sure the public in general who find her daily posts about their subdivisions keep her top of mind and from her professionalism and attention to detail decide to list with her!
While Warner Robbins is a long ways from the Northern suburbs of Atlanta where I live, Anita Clark is a Realtor that I could learn a great deal from.
