Market stats for Carroll County in the State of New Hampshire’s…3rd quarter indicators are reporting an upward trend for residential, condominium and vacant land market segments, while commercial property show a holding of equal median sales value with last year’s third quarter.  The positive note is market activity is picking up along with a slight increase in market values.

  • 1,672 New Listings… up 1.82%    
  • 490 Pending Sales…up 5.83%
  • 3693 Residential Homes resulted in a successful close…up 9.30%
  • Median Priced Sold Homes…$180,000., up 1.12%  
  • Average DOM (Days on the Market) 146, down by 10 days or 6.53%   
  • Lowest Residential Sale… 87 Pine River Road, Effingham $19,000. | .56 acres
