Great Leaders Have Character
“Character matters; leadership descends from character.”
Rush Limbaugh, Author, Radio Talk Show Host
As I see it . . . . . . .
Great leader have character
John F. Kennedy, Ronald Regan, Steve Jobs, and Bill Gates have character.
Having character is not about being liked . . . . character is about doing the right thing because it’s the right thing to do. Character is also about being consistent in your actions . . . . not in being popular.
People with character lead from the front . . . . and will make the tough decisions because they have to be made and their decision making is consistent . . . . and will not change with the direction of the wind.
Great leaders have character and it comes to the surface through their behavior. There are also leaders who try to fake it . . . . and it only a matter of time until they are found out for who they really are.
A person of character stands out in every walk of life or business endeavors. They have the ability to turn a bad situation into a success and to sustain a personal relationship or a business relationship.
Great leaders have character and that charter matters . . . . let your character be your calling card.
