That's a question asked by REALTOR.com to over a thousand visitors to their site and the answer might surprise you!
62% of the respondents said they either would or would consider it! Yikes!
Not only that, but 35% of those questioned indicated that they thought their own houses might be haunted.
Last year I wrote a blog entitled "Creepy things buyers ACTUALLY Discovered after moving in!" about a few select incidents of real documented creepiness with real documented homebuyers. I would like to follow that up with a part two from an agents or buyers perspective. If you know of any or have been involved in one yourself, please email me the details so I can include it in the next installment.
Other interesting findings from the REALTOR.com survey include...
--Possible warning signs of a haunted house
--How much a possible haunting would affect their offer amount
--Which types of spookiness would stop them from buying a 'haunted house'.
