Washington was one of the first condo conversion loft buildings in Chicago and has stood the test of time. The location couldn't be much better, it has a Walkscore of 89. The building is a couple blocks away from the Morgan Green line train stop. Literally everything you would ever need is within walking distance. Some of the best restaurants in the city are outside of your back door on Randolph street and the new Mariano's grocery store is also around the corner. Also, if you are a dog lover the building welcomes you and your pet. The building is also in walking distance to Mary Bartelme Park which has a play area for kids and a separate dog park. It is also a great area sit on the grass and soak up some sun(when its not snowing, ha.)
1000 W. Washington units feature a lot of character
There are few units within the building that have the same floor plan which makes 1000 W. Washington very unique. There are 179 total units in the building.
