Again … do you want a predictable, duplicatable, production-oriented and profitable sales system … or do you just want the hype and excitement that most people offer you every day? I have to tell you, I’ve been through enough seminars to know the hype and excitement is really fun and really makes you feel good. However, I’ve always wondered how “feeling good” adds production to your bottom line and profit to your bank account. Somebody said to me last week … “Mike, it’s so hard. The work is hard and I’m tired!” I responded with, “Everybody gets tired whether they are working or not … not working is as exhausting as working.” So here’s my thought for you … would you rather be relaxed and broke, or tired and rich? And, can you get that from all the seminars that offer the hype and excitement? The answer is no. What we offer salespeople is a step-by-step, very predictable and duplicatable sales system. Or, in essence … “do these things each day and the following things will happen.” No … learning how to sell, managing your time, asking all the questions, listening to all the responses, using canned scripts … are not always as exciting as the hoopla that is offered to Real Estate people. But, you really have to look at what you’re trying to accomplish. If you’re really trying to accomplish something of value … learn the system.
