Castle Pines Village is a gated, custom home community at an elevation of 6,000-6,500 feet. Most of the homes are less than 20 years old. Many are less than 10 years. Builders include Joyce Homes, Bainbridge, and Toll Brothers.
Most of the homes average 3-5 bedrooms, 2000-5000 square feet and feature full, garden level or walk-out basements, some finished. Lot sizes vary throughout the neighborhood.
Although the average sold price is relatively unchanged, the median price shows an increase over the same time period last year. The average price per sqft also shows an increase over last year.
