There's some good overview information on this link http://www.mortgagenewsdaily.com/3142008_RESPA_Changes.asp for the new RESPA reform (attempt #?). But the real good stuff is on HUD's website, where you can read the scripts and other detailed info. Here: http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/res/respa_hm.cfm. It's very lengthy but worth the read. Like I've said may times before, it's better to speak up now than complain later...and if you don't read it, there will be some surprising changes that some in this biz might not like.

thanks for the info. I was talking to a title guy the other day that wasn't sure about the new RESPA stuff. and I wasn't sure where to find it.
