Beginning in 1978 I sold 12 homes working part time in six months in Columbus Ohio, then moved to Phoenix to continue the next 34 years of representing buyers, sellers and purchasing and giving away over 20,000 pumpkins to kids. Flying in TV station helicopters to four valley hospitals in my orange suit was an awesome experience to land on the helo pad and load 70 pumpkins onto gurneys and go through the hospital one child after another. Toastmaster
My only regret on this topic, is not doing it 20 years earlier, I could have made a million dollars more as a Realtor. Serving as a club coach, Club President, Area Governor and competing in humorous speech contests and INTERNATIONAL SPEECH CONTESTS has been a learning experience, with fun and meeting hundreds of people.
Father
After a mean divorce I was fortunate to receive custody of my son at the age of five years to raise him along with my second wife. It has been a somewhat challenging experience especially when the two have difficulty getting along from almost the age of 16 to 40, but now he has came closer and asked me to be his Realtor for the first time out of four opportunities.
Grandfather
Taking Katrina and Nicole both fishing at Tempe Lake was an awesome experience and taking them to their first trip to Disneyland was their awesome experience.

Standing on the deck of a destroyer leaving the San Diego Bay and passing Pointe Loma headed for Viet Nam is a scary experience. Standing before 24 people giving a speech in a Toastmaster club where no one has a gun in the audience, is a learning experience, and something everyone should treat themselves to the learning experience of improving communications, listening and leadership skills. Just don’t wait 20 years to do it like I did.
