Local property values remain soft and down from recent years past.  Carroll County’s second home/resort communities continue to drag behind the State’s overall market indicators.  There are currently 135 actively listed home; 10 offer water frontage and/or water access; 79 vacant land parcels; 3 condominium units and 9 commercial use properties.  To say we’re in a “buyers market” is an understatement.  The opportunities for ownership are many, come take a look you may find that Ossipee has just what you’ve been looking for.
