Central Lacey includes City Hall, the Lacey branch of the Timberland Regional Library, more shopping and other businesses and the community gathering place of Woodland Square Park.  St Martin's University is located in this section of Lacey, along with Lacey Parks Department and the Lacey Senior Center.
