Brad you hit the nail right on the head. I have been with Coldwell Banker my whole career of over 10 years and would not consider going anywhere else. I have had many offers and even some boutique real estate companies giving me expensive gifts to get me to move over but I never will. One gave me a $200 gift card for a high class restaurant and I re-gifted it to my parents and told them so. They enjoyed the dinner.

I do many relos at my home town of Evanston IL related to Northwestern University. So many people say that they trust CB as a name they recognize anywhere in the USA. I proudly wear my blues Coldwell Banker jacket around town and get folks that come up to me and ask questions about how much their home is worth.

Brad  Congratulations, my friend.  Here's hoping you are the top producer in your office!  I have always been an independent but I can certainly appreciate what CB does for you and others.  It is interesting to watch the locals fight it out for the #1 spot and each have their own interpretation of the figures.  We have CB, ReMax and United Country for nationals.  The rest of us are independents.  I have the lowest overhead but I do as much advertising as any of them.  There are 5 of us selling 80% of the real estate.  I love my job!

Thank you for sharing the results with all of us. That is pretty solid evidence that they CB is doing something right.

I'm with John - I am a lifer for staying independent.  I moved to a new state where I didn't know a soul, started my own company, and within 1.5 years made it into the top 10% of all agents in our market.  If someone is willing to work hard and put in the effort, the business is there.  I am glad that you have found a home in Coldwell Banker.  Your office seems to do a lot to give back to the community and that is important.
