As of Tuesday afternoon, October 29, there is a total of $61.4 million in pending real estate sales with the average pending price at $454,951 and the median at $292,500. The breakdown shows 6% of pending sales are $1 million or over, 9% are under $1 million but above $700,000, 7% are pending between $500k and $699,000, 8% are in the $400,000's, 14% are in the $300k's and 56% are pending for a list price of under $300k.
