What type of homes are in the Lyon’s Gate Community?

Lyon’s Gate is a newer community full of playgrounds, a club house and many greenbelts. The homes in the community were built between 2006 to 2013. Meritage Homes and Woodside Homes are currently still building in the community. Another builder was Williams Lyon. They have since completed their building in the community. 

The homes are wood frames with painted stucco on the exterior. All tile roofs and range in sizes from just over 1000 sq ft to 4000 sq ft.  Currently the prices ranges from the low $190’s up to the mid $400’s.

What is nearby the community?

While you are checking out the community, grab a bite to eat at Joe’s Farm Grill or The Spot. Both places are fabulous and I highly recommend them. There are dental offices, commercial shopping and right by the 202 San Tan Freeway. It’s an ideal location.
