The market is strong in the Stafford County area and the rates are still at historical lows as well as the builders are back in the market again strong in the Stafford county area. New construction and many builders are selling home sites and building!  This is great for the market and while the resale market is just as strong, condos and Townhomes are selling fast.  This market  that we are currently in is great for sellers that want to move up and live in the Stafford County , Va area and maybe build. This puts more townhomes and condos up for sale and more choices for buyers wanting to get into a home and take advantage of the low interest rates and pricing.

Once again I can't say it enough that the STAFFORD county market is strong and homes are selling and buying are out on the streets looking at homes.  I understand that a lot of folks listen to the news and hear all the things like the goverment shut and furloughs and  all the rest of what news media is suppose to talk about.
