I meet a lot of people that think they know what to do to buy a home...but working with buyers and right now they are mostly buying foreclosures...these buyers a nearly clueless on the process and definately need a realtor.

YES... simple answer YES they do!

and i have a perfect example why...the duty of the selling agent goes to their client... not the buyer...such a simple answer....
