I was recently on vacation. For one of the first times ever, I did minimal real estate while I was away for 6 days.
Here are a few 'perfect' clients who really were nice.
1. A real nice family got their offer accepted the first day of my vacation. I emailed them to see when they wanted the home inspection. They emailed back and told me they would handle it and that I should go back to surfing.
2. A client has a new home closing today. They had their walk through while I was gone. The walk through was a fiasco. several items did not work, shoddy construction on the granite installation, and worst of all the dorrs had been left open during a 60 mph wind storm. These people were calm and collected and got the builder to fix all of the issues quickly plus get a gas meter installed so they can close on time today. She said i deserved a vacation and she did not want to bother me.
There are many wonderful people we deal with daily. It is sad that many others are not so nice.
