I hope you had a fun Halloween. We are creeping up slowly to the holiday season. Most banks will not evict occupants of REO houses during the Christmas and New Year Holidays. They do start up agin after the first of the year. I’m still expecting a steady supply of REOs for 2014 but at the current rate of just 2 to 3 new properties a month. Because of the lack of REO properties my Kauai REO & Foreclosure blog has dwindled from every week to every other week. In between those weeks I hope to supplement it with my new blog The Kauai Lifestyle Blog. The blog will cover why we love living on Kauai, luxury properties and properties in all price ranges.
