This home is priced to SELL! Really?

I think I wrote about this before, but had to do it again....Just saw a listing that included the infamous words...Priced to Sell! Really? I thought that was the POINT....Market the home to Sell it! 

In this case the home did sell quickly - 32 days on Lake Lanier. But most of the time when I see priced to sell...it is the kiss of death with days on market being very long!

I am thinking there are other comments that are far more effective than....Priced to Sell....but that is just me!

You are exactly right! Another great line is "Will not last long at this price." 100 days later and the listing agent still hasn't removed that gem!

Exactly John and Shannon! Actually I think it was that very comment that I addressed before. Seemed like that statement was indeed the Kiss of Death and as you say, they NEVER removed that comment!!
