The total residential sales in the Wiregrass was 57 units, which is 5 more than last year. New construction sales were down at 19% in 2012 vs. 7% in 2013. The median sales price dropped to $114,000 (12.1%) from 2012's $129,750.
Historically, September sales decrease from August, and this year the pattern remained the same at a decrease of 25%. The median price also dropped by 2.8%, which is less than the median decrease from '08 - '12 of 11.4%.
