It is a beautiful, sunny, cloudless day in Mesquite, NV. I am sitting in a very nice home, wonderful high ceilings, view of the Virgin Mountains, and a small piece of natural grass which has the same emerald green color of the golf courses. There are a few stained glass windows carefully designed and constructed by the previous owner who decided to walk away. Yes, it is bank- owned and a great deal for some lucky buyer. I will only conduct open houses for homes I love. I love this home and I hope someone comes walking through that door who will fall in love with it,too.
