CrowdVested, is a crowdfunding platform which is focused on commercial real estate. It recently launched in Atlanta. The CrowdFunding program is designed to allow real estate developers a new way to raise capital and provide people a vehicle to invest in commercial real estate deals.
Crowdfunding used to be limited to people only wanting to make donations or to buy goods. However, with CrowdVested, it operates under the Invest Georgia Exemption, this allows Georgia residents to “crowdfund” investments within the state. Our beautiful Georgia is one of only two states in the country that has completely legalized crowd investing!

Enabling real estate developers to raise funds for new projects by offering equity shares to Georgia investors, whether accredited or non-accredited. Thrasher also mentioned that real estate is a perfect fit for crowd investing. CrowdVested is set to feature both redevelopment and new construction projects, ranging from multifamily projects to office buildings to neighborhood gyms!
