Why Showing Feedback is Important
If you are selling a house, it is incredibly beneficial to know what potential buyers are saying when they see it.

If you owned the house with the master bathroom pictured to the right, for example, it would be valuable to know that many potential buyers' reactions had been more along the lines of, "OMG! who puts a mini fridge in their bathroom and paints their walls that color? (Roll Tide Bama Fans!)" than, "How spacious, and I can't wait to relax in that huge tub!"
Armed with this knowledge, it's easy enough to neutralize the paint and move the mini fridge to the garage, which could have a tremendous impact on how long the house stays on the market and the price it ultimately sells for.
It's not always possible for listing agents to secure showing feedback from busy buyers' agents, but when they can it's priceless.
If you're looking for a real estate agent to sell your home, always ask what system they have in place to increase the chance of securing feedback from showing agents.
