I had SO much fun hosting the 7779 Isabella Way Open House today and I'm excited to be there again tomorrow!
I wrote about the open house earlier this week ( http://activerain.com/blogsview/4235878/open-house-saturday-11-2- ) and am happy to report it was a great event!
The weather here in Gilroy was terrific and I had the opportunity to meet many of the neighbors who live in this senior community of Village Green. The cottages (where this home is) are detached, single family homes built around 2004. They average around 1300 square feet and have a little land for your personal touches. I saw quite a few patio gardens and all were beautiful!
It's a tight-nit neighborhood of people looking out for each other with the added level of guards at the security entrance.
Visitors came from as far away as Saratoga and as near as a few doors down because they heard about this home becoming available. Some were adult children looking for acceptable housing for their parents others were looking for themselves or good friends.
I just love how people look out for each other! If everyone went that one extra step (holding open a door, using manners, avoiding road range, or just being pleasant) the problems of our world may be easier to control.
I'm scheduled to host this open house event again tomorrow from 1:30 to 4:00 and would be delighted if you stop by to visit.
Hope to see you there and as always, let's foresee the possibilities . . . and get results!
