Sales continue to be strong at Lake Providence by Del Webb! The increase in prices reflect the improved market in the middle Tennessee area and the Mid Western states in general.
Over 50% of the Buyers in the Lake Providence community relocate to Mount Juliet from out of state. A large percentage of them, from the Midwestern states.

The increase in prices indicates that many of the Buyers have sold there homes for more money than in years past. It is a strong showing of this group of Buyers confidence in the real estate industry.
As the Lake Providence community ages, the resale market 
continues to grow. Del Webb is on it's final 2 phases and the selection of lots decreases as time goes by. This is still a very active community with 12+ sales each month, on average.
