Currently the Real Estate Market in Schertz TX has 125 available Homes for Sale as of November 4th, 2013. You can purchase a home in this area for as high as $429,900 and for as low as $95,000. Homes are listed at an average price right now of $221,274 and have an average days on market of 80.

There are 44 homes pending sale in the Schertz TX area.  The average list price that brought an offer and contract to these homes is $220,401 and had an average 98 days on the market before getting a contract. Many of these Schertz TX Homes for sale will add to the Sold data for November 2013.   
 
Schertz TX Homes that Sold from October 1st 2013 to October 31st, 2013 totaled 35.  The homes that successfully sold were listed at an average price of $181,907 and sold for $176,607 giving us a list price to sold price ratio of over 97%  The average days on market for these homes was only 61!  The Schertz TX Real Estate Market Report from September 2013 shows that the market seems to be holding steady from month to month as 36 homes were sold then!
 
So, how did these Schertz TX home sales compare this time last year?  Homes for sale in Schertz TX did go up from this time last year but both the prices and days on market went down.  This time last year, the average sold price sat at $193,369 compared to this years $176,607, but only 27 homes sold with 97 days on market compared to 35 homes with 61 days on market.  My guess is that more homes for sale and types of homes can water down the statistics.  However, the market in Schertz seems to be holding its own as we head into the holiday season!
