So far in 2013 Twin Creeks town homes, condos and duets have increased overall about 26 percent. The Twin Creek condos and town homes have seen the highest increase in average sales prices. Here is a break down of the sales activity:
- 10 Twin Creek Condo sales year to date thru October 2013 - average sales price $342,400; High $435,000 Low $230,000
- 3 Town Home Sales average sales price $551,667, high $549,000 low $499,800
- 4 Duet Sales with an average of sales price of $595,000; Low $555,000 and the highest price swas $630,000.
Of the sales for Twin Creeks only three were short sales all of them the condos, all other town home and duet sales were equity sales.
The average days on market currently is 10 days.
