Yesterday I did a market report for Ada County First 3 Quarters 2013
Today let's compare it to all 4 Quarters of 2012 which was a pretty hopping market.
Definitely an decrease in Days on Market in 2013 and an increase in both average and median prices.
After many years of a down market it has been interesting watching the market turn over the last 2 years. I'm very interested to see what is going to happen as the last few months of 2013 go down and we move on into 2014.
