100% MORTGAGE FINANCING WITH A USDA RURAL DEVELOPMENT LOAN IN ST MARYS CO. MD

This is a follow up to a previous blog providing information concerning eligible areas for receiving 100% financing. 

Once again the eligible areas for 100% MORTGAGE FINANCING WITH A USDA RD LOAN IN ST MARYS CO. MD, Calvert and Charles Counties remain the same.  Chesapeake Ranch Estates, Calvert County and areas in Lexington Park, Great Mills and California, St Mary's Co. and parts of Charles County, MD, were to lose their eligibility for the 100% MORTGAGE FINANCING WITH USDA RD LOAN.

These sites will be reviewed again, by USDA Rural Development, in Mid January 2014, to determine which areas will be cut from the program.
